Dena M. Roudybush is senior counsel for Compliance Counsel, PC a Virginia based law firm that is dedicated to serving the mortgage banking and financial services industries. Ms. Roudybush has served as General Counsel to various finance industry firms including primary market mortgage brokers and lenders, secondary market investors, mortgage servicers, and private equity firms. She has experience in all areas of financial services with an emphasis on state and federal regulatory compliance and licensing. Additionally, she has created and managed comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for various industry players, including Fannie Mae and HUD compliant plans for retail lenders.
